Should I repair or replace my lock?
If the mechanism is sound and the fault is alignment, wear or a sticking cylinder, a repair is usually enough. If the lock is damaged, below insurance standard or the keys are lost, replacement is the safer option. Your locksmith explains both before quoting.
Can you get a snapped key out of a lock?
Yes. In most cases we extract it without damaging the cylinder and cut you a new key on the spot.
